Announcing organisational changes at Sipral UK Ltd.
After nine years as Managing Director of Sipral UK Ltd. Radim Kostial is leaving this position and will continue to focus on Business Development, sales, tenders and marketing at the group level. An important goal is also the geographical expansion of our activities to other countries. During Radim's 9 years as Director of Sipral UK, we have grown into the group of Tier 1 facade companies on the British market and are today a respected and important supplier and partner of the most important players on the market. We have completed several major projects, we are working on others and competing for others.
"Sipral today is a completely different company than it was in the middle of the last decade. But I am most proud of the stable London team and the personal professional development of each team member. Everyone has come a long way, and if I only contribute to this, I'm satisfied," adds Radim.
In the position of Executive Director of Sipral UK Ltd. here comes Jamie Young, who we warmly welcome on board and with us! Jamie has had a rich and long career in the facade industry, on both sides of the table: he has gone through facade companies such as Schmidlin, Lindner and FKN Facades UK, on the other hand, he has also held facade manager positions with large general contractors such as Multiplex or - most recently - Laing O'Rourke.
Jamie will lead our UK organization and UK team in his new role as Director of Sipral UK. He will support London and Prague on ongoing projects, he will also support sales, tenders and will be building and strengthening relationships with existing and potential clients. From his position, Jamie will also become a member of Sipral's top management.
Jamie's seniority, experience and personality will certainly be a great addition to our team and a great asset to Sipral and as Jamie told us, “I'm really excited to be joining Sipral UK and it's an amazing opportunity to be joining such a well regarded business. Radim is going to be a very hard act to follow, but I know with the great team at Sipral, this will be an exciting time for us to keep growing the business and explore new opportunities.”
