Better qualification leads to better adaptability and success on EU markets

In 2010 Sipral gained a support for its employees coming from the European social fund for a project called "Better qualification leads to better adaptability and success on EU markets". This project is financed within Prague Adaptability Operational Programme for the realization period of March 2010 to January 2012. Thanks to these resources our employees can develop their knowledge of languages (EN, FR, DE), computer skills including specific SW for 3D modelling, in the area of project management (certification in project management grades D and C) as well as managerial skills. This programme enables another professional growth and increases the employees' chance to find employment on EU markets.

Better quality and work safety comes through education

In 2011 Sipral gained another support for its employees in Jirny premises for a project called "Better quality and work safety comes through education". The support comes from the European social fund within the Human Resources and Employment operational programme for the period of January to December 2011. The project enables also our people working outside Prague to develop. In this project the attention is focused mainly on safety and better quality of work through development of employees' qualification. These training courses are aimed at welders, crane operators and banksmen, drivers and manipulators, training of work safety as well as courses in quality, computer knowledge including graphic 3D programs, managerial abilities and foreign languages.
