A former residence of Fastherm, a company distributing sealants, mastics and anchoring equipment is located in Úvalská street, Prague 10. Spaces of a former factory have been adjusted inappropriately several times in the past so the investor started with a total reconstruction of the building that involved not only the administrative background but also reconstruction of stores and production spaces.

Fastherm - head office reconstruction

During reconstruction the building exterior was complemented with a glazed facade leading to the courtyard, new aluminum windows, zinc-coated sandwich roof structure and a long roof skylight that brings daylight into the interior. In the interior there was a new wooden floor laid and lexan or gypsum-board partitions built as well as a glazed railing.

Sipral provided all opening panels, i.e. new windows, a roof single-pitch skylight, doors and all-glazed facade of offices placed on the ground-floor that continues the building courtyard. This facade does not contain any opening elements and its fixed glazing is made of large-scale insulating double-glass units. Into the interior Sipral supplied sliding interior partitions made of an aluminum frame and a poly-carbonate board. These atypical fixed partitions separate for example social facilities. We delivered also other atypical elements like for example a glass basin or glazed railing.
